We settled on 3.5 ha of vines in 2018, we resume 10 ha on the terroir of Pic St Loup in 2019. Our vines are mostly exposed due south, on a soil of limestone scree and clay red, dating from Valanginien (approx -135 million years). We are surrounded by forest, we work with the greatest respect for our land and plants and we carry out tests to better understand and observe our vines. The harvest is done by hand in cases and we vinify in the old sheepfold of the Mas. We seek to revive this Mas, dating from the 13th century full of history with its silkworm farm, its old cellar, its sheepfolds, its menhir ...
