Certified AB by Ecocert since 2018, our 9 hectare estate (7 hectares of vines and 2 hectares of almond trees planted in 2017) on schist slopes, located in the Agly valley in Latour-de-France and Montner (Roussillon , North Catalonia), is worked with respect for the soil and plants, without chemical fertilizers, pesticides or weedkillers. We produce terroir wines using natural vinification: indigenous yeasts, without oenological inputs, other than minimal doses of sulphites at bottling.
