Today , in 2024, the small eponymous estate is located in the Minervois region of Beaufort. The fragmented plots of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah are dotted with dry stone walls and groves. 2.6 hectares of biodiversity shaped by nature, humans, and animals, which I am committed to preserving.
The plots are grassed, pruning is physiological, and disbudding is practiced to use sulfur and copper as wisely as possible during treatments. The calcareous-loamy soils are lightly worked with a tractor. The grapes are harvested in crates and in the cellar, fermentation is spontaneous. Sometimes a little sulfite is added, but really not much. Beautiful grapes, attentive, and gentle, for wines that are neither filtered nor fined.
