🍇 Vineyard in Montblanc
On 4.5 hectares of vines cultivated using organic farming methods, I craft living, natural and authentic wines, without additives, respecting the terroir and living things.

After 14 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I chose to follow a new path: that of the vine, of artisanal craftsmanship and creation. A career change guided by passion, a return to the essentials and a taste for the right touch.

I cultivate my vines on my own scale, without a tractor but with a quad bike and tools adapted to a gentle and self-sufficient approach, as close to nature as possible. No soil work is carried out except for mowing in and under the rows.

Each bottle is the result of entirely handcrafted work: hand-harvesting, gentle vinification, hand-pressing… a very light sulfiting is carried out at bottling (approximately 2.5 to 3 g/hl). I do not filter, fin, or perform any other intervention.

A return to the essentials to reveal sincere, elegant vintages deeply linked to the terroir, allowing the grapes to express themselves freely in order to create wines of emotion.
