Un vin à la papa. Puissant et droit comme un i majuscule. Les 6 ans l'ont transformé en un liquide tranquille et consensuel. Peut contenter tout le monde. Attention 14° assez peu détectable au 1er abord. Mais les chevaux y sont!!!
Not sure if this is already natural. Organic yes. Cocoa, salt, plums, smooth with light tannins. Juicy despite 15%. Hints of oxidation on the aftertaste.

I’m pretty sure that this is the first wine I’ve had that smelled and tasted just like freshly cracked black pepper and aged balsamic vinegar. In a good way. Wines like this are the reason I fell in love with natural wine, surprising, unique, and delicious.
A l’image de Marguerite : profond, puissant dans l’aromatique (notes de pruneaux, de fruits cuits, de cuir) qui se laisse petit a petit apprivoisé et apprécié avec des tanins bien fondus (goûté un an avant, il était encore un peu trop fermé). A déguster à midi ou à Minuit.
