Today it covers about fifteen hectares spread across several distinct terroirs.
Our aim is to showcase the extraordinary potential of our terroir through meticulous work in the vineyard (detailed green pruning, rigorous leaf removal, harvest regulation, hand-harvesting, etc.) in order to produce the finest, most balanced, and healthiest grapes possible. All this while adhering to organic and biodynamic farming practices.
At the winery level, we work as cleanly and simply as possible, limiting the use of oenological products to the maximum; we work with indigenous yeasts, preparing our own starters, we work by gravity and limit the use of sulfur until bottling.
