The remarkable geological mosaic of our soils is expressed in our lieu-dit cuvées. We seek the original purity of our terroirs by aging in concrete vats. We like the idea of durability, making wines to drink in their youth but which keep. Brilliance of the fruit, saline finish, fine, deep and structured mouthfeel guide us in our low-intervention vinifications. Our wines are a journey through time (the reflection of the vintage) and through space (the expression of a place). She knows our terroirs better than anyone and particularly the Saut du Poisson and its ruffe canyons, or the paths on Schistes des Maros that she travels on a mountain bike.
