Our winery is located in the Cévennes, in a former spinning mill in Le Vigan.

We only use hand tools (ratchet press, buckets, glazing fork) and

we wish to intervene as little as possible during fermentation and aging.

No additives or inputs, no glue, no filtration: 100% pure grapes

We are buying grapes while we wait to find plots of land to plant.

The 2024 vintage wines come from La Cabrery in the Luberon

However, we plan to source our produce from different areas during the next harvest.

always giving preference to organic farming.

Through our project, we seek to establish ourselves in a territory for the long term and

to reinvest in the culture of the vine which has been neglected there in recent decades.
