After several years abroad, Laure changed her life and embarked on a wine and cider adventure. She trained in viticulture in Alsace thanks to a BTS in viticulture and oenology and experience at Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, a leading figure in the Alsatian vineyard.
Two years later, Laure returned to her roots, creating her own winery in the Manche department, where she is originally from. In 2022, she produced her first batches of natural ciders, without additives.
We use a vertical press to obtain a clear must and control fermentation solely by racking. The fermentation takes place naturally in the bottle. Our ciders are thus "natural," without additives or filtration. Our perries are made from musts selected from the Domfrontais region while awaiting production from our orchard.
Our production is limited to 25,000 bottles per year, consisting of four cider vintages, two perry vintages, and one apple juice. An ice cider, a cider brandy, a still cider, and vinegars will soon be available.
