Grand vin blanc vinifié par un Imanol Garay, tonnelier à l'origine. Vin de grande classe, possédant une énergie et une classe folles. Acidité digne d'un beau Chenin. A l'aveugle on ne part pas sur un Pacherenc sec. Le vin semble indestructible à la garde. Grande complexité et finesse incroyable. Superbe!
