Originally from San Sebastian - Basque Country - engineer by training but a cyclist by vocation, I followed a route that was not laid out for simple guts. This road, full of switchbacks, deformed me to become this "homeless winegrower" that I am. Today, I make 7,000 bottles divided into 5 cuvées. This is a very personal wine production that only seeks, through the history that the wines tell and the energy they contain, the creation of emotions and good for body and mind. , with this will to indulge with fresh balances and saline perceptions. The theme of my range is the Pyrenean Piedmont: Madiran, Pacherenc de Vic-Bilh, but also Vin de France to be more free of its choices, a wine in Spain, on the southern slopes of the Pyrenees ... I buy from the harvest to winegrowers with whom I work in confidence, I harvest it and I develop the wines in my own way: no inputs apart from a really very low dose of sulphites, plus a dose of inspiration, of taking risks , observation, tasting too, patience, energy, doubt, pleasure!
