Zero Zero Natural Wines.

Château Shuette is an independent, regenerative wine estate on the Dordogne in Bordeaux, just 25 minutes from the city centre producing modern, fruit-driven Vin de France wines with a focus on organic farming, biodiversity, and zero-zero winemaking. We work with spontaneous fermentation, no added SO2, no filtration, and small-batches that highlight the produce and the season.

​Across our range we make pet nat, orange, dark rosé, semi-carbonic and clarets and the occasional fully bodied red.

​The aim is simple: We make wines that are alive, expressive, and unbound by AOC rules. Our vineyard mixes vines, fruit trees, a market garden, wildlife, and living soils to create a farm that’s as much ecosystem as estate.
