About
Aurum is Latin for gold. We chose this name because of the golden hue of the wine. A defining characteristic that distinguishes it from a typical Bordeaux white wine. An expressive 4 day skin contact, medium bodied orange wine is packed with grapefruit and kiwi flavour. Balanced acidity, light tannin and the volume provided by 7 months of on lees ageing make this wine exciting to drink anytime.
