In 2006, we took over this very old vineyard established around an old Xes chapel. In 2008 we decided to no longer weed (no herbicide). In 2009, it was chemical pesticides and fungicides that we stopped. 2010 was our 1st year of organic conversion (followed by Ecocert). 7.12 hectares including: 6.64 hectares planted with red grape varieties of which 80% Merlots and 15% Cabernet Francs. The average age of the vines is between 30 and 70 years. 0.20 Ha planted with Bouchalès, Malbec, Petits Verdots, very old grape varieties, which have survived phylloxera. 0.5 ares of Semillons. Average age 35 years. The wines are neither fined nor filtered. No addition of inputs except low doses of sulfur. Fermentations are carried out using indigenous yeasts.
