Three hectares of vines cultivated biodynamically, respecting the 14th-century site and its rich biodiversity, planted at the junction of the Armorican Massif (quartz schist soils) and the Paris Basin (clay-limestone soils with flint). Two great Loire Valley grape varieties, Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc, produce terroir-driven, single-vineyard, vibrant wines that reflect their vintage. Gentle vinification takes place in a gravity-flow cellar, with a focus on authentic aging in concrete eggs, stoneware jars, and a few well-worn barrels.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
