Mons La Graveyre is an estate located in Cambes (15 km south of Bordeaux), right bank, nestled on a hillside overlooking the Garonne. 4ha, only 2 ha of vines, the rest is occupied by woods and undergrowth, meadows and other crops (fruit trees and truffle oaks). Our agricultural model is based on several major, virtuous and sustainable principles where Organic farming is the common base. We work in biodynamics, agroforestry, and lead a permaculture project. Trained as an oenologist and agricultural engineer, I took over this estate in 2016 in the spirit of produce a local wine, unique, reflecting its ecosystem. The great terroirs of gravel and of limestone clay, the southern exposure and this insolent nature rich in biodiversity never cease to get me the energy I need, and that I try to transmit in my wine. As transmission and sharing are part of our values, we enjoy sharing our space with our artist and craftsman friends for an exhibition and a concert, to the riffs of guitar, where everyone brings and enriches the other, all punctuated by festive meals, because eating and drinking with quality and pleasure makes it possible to punctuate this beautiful set
