Domaine de Quissat

Our small vineyard of 5 ha in the Lot et Garonne, in IGP Agenais, is located in the valley of the Masse, a small tributary of the Garonne, halfway up the slope facing due south on clay-limestone soil. It is nestled in the middle of our polyculture farm, completely organically grown since 2000. We cultivate a wide variety of grape varieties, which allows us to create diverse and unique cuvées. All of the harvesting is manual without exception. We attach great importance to the quality of the grapes and devote a lot of time to green work in the vines. Our red wines are mostly without any input, fermented with indigenous yeasts, on the rosés and the whites we can sometimes use a little sulphites, in low doses. All our cuvées come from our own grapes, vinified by us, on site at the estate.
