Since the 1900s, the family has been running the wine estate on all grape varieties. After spending a little over 10 years in the hotel and restaurant sector, Sandrine took over her father's business in 2021. With her at the helm, some changes are planned... Respect for the environment and the consumer are at the heart of her concerns. On the vineyard side, most of the work is done manually, every other row is plowed, copper and sulfur treatments (thoughtful and optimized), the manual harvest is harvested in botiches. On the cellar side, Sandrine intervenes very little on the wines if possible (low dose of sulfur, light filtration for certain wines). Generally the grapes are pressed directly but since 2022, some macerations have also taken place.
No orange wines at the moment.
