Pierre Andrey and his companion Florence do not make wine like the others. Originally from Franche-Comté, Pierre is still a winemaker only part time since he works in medical equipment during the week in Luxembourg. The couple has invested a lot in this challenge and we see the importance of being two in this kind of adventure. Pierre is a passionate, epicurean, perfectionist, using his scientific mind, constantly thinking about his practices and extremely attentive to the one who speaks to him to allow him to go even further in his reflection. It is partly through contact with winemaker friends (Bruno Schueller, Alexandre Jouveaux) that the step was taken in 2015 for the first vintage. Pierre has some parcels of Pinot Noir in Vaux close to Metz but he also has fun to vinify the organic grapes of others in Alsace, Jura and Beaujolais (Chardonnay, Riesling, Auxerrois, Gewurtz, Gamay, ...). All the wines are vinified without any input and raised in demijohn at the beginning especially for logistical questions but I think rather that it became a definitive choice.
