Beautiful riesling. Golden colour, crystal clear. Very rich nose: canned pineapple, spring flowers, dried apricots, stewed quince, a very light hint of petrol (which is lovely!). Smooth and round in my mouth, beautiful acidity, great length. I recommend carafing this wine to allow its aromas to fully open up. And do not drink it too cold. 12 for 14 degrees is perfect, so don't drink directly from the fridge or you'll miss a lot of goodness. @daxivin Amsterdam
