Our family estate in permaculture consists of 3.75 hectares of vines and 3 hectares of meadows located in Eguisheim, a historic village near Colmar. We are independent winegrowers, we produce our own wines from our vines and we are proud to do so in a true ecological approach. This organic and biodynamic work, respectful of plants and their environment, makes our wine a healthy and lively drink. The life of the soil being the foundation of this peasant agriculture, we work our vines with our draft horse or simply by hand. This quality culture improves the natural resistance to climatic and parasitic aggressions of plants...and a plant that lives healthy gives healthy fruits! The quality of our grapes and our juices allows us to follow through on our idea of making wines without any inputs or sulfites. Alsace has been a region of varietal wines for several decades. However, our choice to make natural wines leads us to a much older tradition of complantation: the grape varieties from the same locality are harvested, pressed and then vinified together to obtain real local wines. Our wines, Jardin Là-haut, Colline Celeste, Sentier au Sud, Les Copines des Copains, Aussitôt Bue are local, natural and authentic products.
