Raisin Sauvage - Emilien Revers
Natural trading launched in association in 2019 under the name “Raisins Sociaux”. At the end of 2020, I found 1.5 ha of vines for rent, continued the adventure alone and became Raisin Sauvage.
Since the 2021 vintage, I have been working the vines without a tractor and without a horse, working the soil is only done with a pickaxe under the cavaillon when it is really necessary. Treatments, herbal teas or biodynamic preparations are applied with a backpack sprayer.
The harvest is carried out in 10 kg boxes and is taken out of the vineyard by hand.
Arriving at the cellar, the grapes are pressed in a mechanical press or macerated.
The juices are treated in vats, and all the wines are aged in old barrels.
ALL wines are without ANY input, even in difficult vintages and the wines are always made from certified grapes.
Bottling is carried out by gravity using a 6-spout filler.
All bottles are capped, even still wines, for reasons of conservation, stability and ergonomics.
Expert in system D, I built myself by gleaning grapes from abandoned plots and launched myself outside the family framework.
