Gewurztraminer (60%), Riesling (30%) et Muscat à petits grains blancs et roses (10%) issus du grand cru Kaefferkopf. Macération de l'ensemble en raisins entiers pendant 2 semaines. Pigeage à l'ancienne avant élevage de 24 mois en foudres de chênes centenaires.
