We have been working in organic farming 🌱 since the beginning. We are located in the heart of the Agriates desert, on granite soils. At the estate, we only use indigenous grape varieties 🍇 which are

🟡 For white wine : Vermentinu

🔴 For red : Niellucciu and Sciaccarellu

The location and low rainfall of our plot allow us to protect our grapes from disease pressure and have given us the possibility of carrying out absolutely no treatment since planting.

In the cellar as well, we try to reveal the beauty of the grape variety.

The winemaking process is therefore quite simple.

The goal is to bring healthy grapes into the cellar so that they can reveal their full potential in the bottles.

We do not add sulfites to our wines.

However, since proper wine preservation is important, we have chosen to leave the natural fermentation gases in the bottle to protect our wines and ensure optimal preservation . 👌
