Handcrafted work is practiced both in the vineyard and the cellar. The variety of terroirs allows for the production of diverse wines, covering the entire spectrum. Sandy soils yield light, fruity, and lively wines, such as naturally sparkling wines, or original wines like Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noirs. The clay-limestone hillside terroirs are perfect for aging the age-worthy wines typical of the Loire Valley's great wine tradition. More than ten cuvées are available, each distinct in taste and character. They are vinified as naturally as possible, using indigenous yeasts and without filtration. The range includes naturally sparkling wines, a Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noirs, wines made using carbonic maceration as practiced in Beaujolais, as well as reds aged in tanks or barrels. And even cider!
No orange wines at the moment.
