We cultivate eight grape varieties across 12 hectares in the Cher Valley. Some are precious legacies from our ancestors: century-old Côt vines in layering, Pineau d'Aunis, Fié Gris, and a pre-phylloxera co-planting of Orbois and Chenin Blanc. Our pruning is meticulous, our harvests are done by hand. Gentle fermentation without additives, using indigenous flora, and natural settling during the winter allow our wines to simply express their grapes without artifice or embellishment. Our wines are organic. We are winemakers; our wines come from our grapes!
