Goustine

After years of working behind our desks in Belgium, we decided to follow our passion: wine!

After working for various winemakers in the Touraine region, we settled in Noizay, a small village in the Vouvray appellation. The terroir and a genuine passion for Chenin Blanc brought us here. The soil is clay-limestone with schist, boasts perfect sun exposure—a truly sacred land for making beautiful wines!

We began making our first wines from grapes purchased from friends who are winemakers. Starting in 2024, we will be able to offer you wines made from our own grapes, grown on 6 hectares of vines in the Vouvray appellation. These 6 hectares of beautiful terroir will be plowed and tended by us. The harvest is always done by hand. We use as few additives as possible, a little sulfur, and we work with indigenous yeasts to preserve the authentic character of the wines.

Our vineyard is a place where the spirit sparkles and desire takes shape. We are driven by a passion for wine and a respect for nature, and we hope that every bottle we produce reflects this commitment.
