Un gamay de Chenas, mais alors très étonnant comme gamay... Au nez, des arômes fumés-lardés et de fruits noirs évoquant la syrah. On s’attend alors à un gamay très mûr à la bouche en forme de confiture. Mais au contraire, la bouche est très vive, voire excessivement acide. Atypique certes, mais j’ai pas trop compris l’idée.
