The vines are cultivated organically, the soils are worked primarily with horses, the harvest is done by hand, and nesting boxes and fruit hedges are being progressively planted in the vineyards. The wines are crafted with minimal intervention to remain true to their terroir. Acidity and alcohol levels are not adjusted so that the wines can fully express the vintage. Vinification is inspired by Burgundian techniques: gentle pump-overs and punch-downs, gentle pressing, and vineyard-by-vineyard work. Aging takes place in stoneware jars or oak barrels, depending on the cuvée. The estate prioritizes finesse, elegance, and purity above all else.
To complete the visitor experience, a small, recently renovated grape harvester's house welcomes visitors who wish to extend their exploration of the Beaujolais and Mâconnais vineyards; do not hesitate to contact us to book, for the night, the weekend or the week.
