At that time, it consisted of just one hectare of Maranges red grapes. Today, on an area of 5.46 hectares, we cultivate 10 different appellations. Our aim is to let the Maranges terroir express itself through our wines. To achieve this, we practice organic and biodynamic farming.
A gentle winemaking process that respects the work done in the vineyards. The majority of our vines are trained using the cordon system. The vines are plowed in the spring, then hoed under the vine during the summer. The two Premier Crus, as well as the white Maranges, are worked by horse.
