Our philosophy is to make a quality natural wine, to do this, limit inputs as much as possible, whether in the vineyard or in the cellar and above all make wine with passion! Our only plot in production is a plot of 6 aligoté worked, it is located in the town of Bouze-les-beaune. All the work is done manually, no tractor to avoid the compaction of the earth. We limit the yield in order to have a grape with optimal quality (between 10 and 15 hl / ha). And we try to do our best to reason the treatments, last year only 2 treatments performed (sulfur and copper). In the cellar we use no input, not even sulfites, we vinify anaerobically. And all transfers are made by gravity.
