Creation of our private cellar, we are Independent Winegrower. Resumption of 3 hectares of vines in production: Grenache, Gamay and Merlot.
We are starting the conversion to Organic Farming from the start. Today the 3 ha are AB certified.
In 2023, resumption of 1.5 ha, Syrah and Grenache, on a hillside, clay-limestone soils.
In 2024, resumption of 2 ha of Gamay on a hillside on sandstone.
The age of our vines is from 10 years to 35 years.
Spontaneous permanent grassing. Light work under the row.
Disbudding and manual deseeding, to best select the quality of the wood and the grapes to come.
Protection of the vines: copper and sulfur in addition to decoctions, herbal teas and manure to accompany the vines depending on the vintage.
Harvest mainly by hand.
Preparation of a stock of native yeasts, approximately 5/6 days before the start of the harvest, to sow and protect our grapes as early as possible.
Our winemaking is as minimally interventionist as possible.
Our wines are neither fined nor filtered
From carbonic maceration for around 15 days, others more traditional, berries crushed under foot, gentle pressing up to long aging of 24 months in barrels.
Our range is very varied and always with single-plot vintages.
