Eric Durif, Winemaker

Eric Durif began his viticultural training in 2020 at Domaine de l'ArbreBblanc in Auvergne. Subsequently, he started his business in 2022 in the commune of Egliseneuve-près-Billom, on the western side of the Livradois.

The vineyard consists of two plots currently undergoing organic conversion:

- La Raquette, located in the locality of Mas d'Hauteyras on a south-facing hillside with clay-limestone soil of the golden stone type. Gamay d'Auvergne grape variety, century old.

- Berlin, located in Saint-Georges-sur-Allier, facing due west on a basalt subsoil. Grape varieties: Pinot noir, Chardonnay, Gamay.

The wines are vinified according to the "Natural Wine Method" specifications. Aging takes place in Zen-type (Vin et Terre) stoneware amphorae.

Part of the production is harvested in the Minervois.
