Since 2020, I have been established on the shores of Lake Bourget and in Chautagne, between Brison-Saint-Innocent and Ruffieux, where I cultivate 4 hectares of vines using a peasant approach: manual labor, small, fragmented hillside plots, organic farming, and careful observation of living organisms. Everything happens in the vineyard.
A mountain girl and trained agronomist, I returned to Savoie after several years in Provence, where I took my first steps in winemaking. Today, I make wine gently, with the aim of intervening as little as possible: indigenous yeasts, no filtration, aging on the lees, and a little sulfur at bottling.
The wines, made from seven grape varieties—Jacquère, Altesse, Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot, Gamay, and Mondeuse—express the diverse limestone terroirs (glacial moraines, molasse, scree, etc.), all bathed in the setting sun, resulting in freshness and balance. The lake acts as a true thermal buffer, creating a unique microclimate.
