Very complex. I drank it just by itself but I think it would be way better with some food. Maybe a dessert (preferably with plums) or gamy meat (like a boar stew). It has an intense taste which is perfect for slow drinking that reminds me a bit of cognac (in a light way, I usually don’t like it) and definitely some plums and smoke. Very nice wine.
