Das ist jetzt halt schon ein Hammer. Reiner Pinot Noir, teilweise direkt gepresst und teilweise mit Schale vergoren. Danach drei Jahre im Faß. Fast zu komplex ums zu beschreiben, aber herausstechend ist das Weihnachtsplätzchenaroma! Sowas hatte ich noch nie in der Nase. Leicht oxidative Noten bringen dich dann vollends um den Verstand. Sowas will ich jetzt immer Trinken. Die Trauben stammen wieder von der Familie Bannwarth. Megabussi!!

Oxidative and a straight forward ripe william‘s christ pear in the nose. the combination of alcohol and the almost overripe pear reminds of a pear brandy and when eyes closed and thoughts of wine set aside this could almost be a brandy. the mouth confirms the pear that fills almost the whole palate and the end is so clean with a saltiness and acidity that goes on forever. very complex wine that needs to be understood over some time by drinking it slowly. william’s christ pear, salty, acidic, oxidative

Blanc de Noir fait 100% à base de Pinot Noir Alsacien donnés par la famille Bannwarth. Très surprenant. On découvre des arômes de pommes ou poire et bien d'autres choses qu'on ne sait décrire au fur et à mesure de la dégustation.
