Dedicated to cultivating PIWI grape varieties, known for their exceptional resilience and suitability to our unique climate, we focus on producing light, drinkable wines that embody the purity of our environment. 

Crafting our wines without any additives, sulfur, or artificial enhancements allows the true character of our grapes to shine through. Our commitment to natural winemaking extends to our vineyards, where we employ organic practices and avoid chemical interventions. All work in the vineyard is done by hand.

Surrounded by trees and shrubs to create shelter and promote biodiversity, our vineyards are thoughtfully designed to foster a thriving ecosystem that enhances the quality of our grapes. 

In the winemaking process, we keep it as natural as possible: our grapes are gently pressed, and the wine often rests on the lees until bottling, preserving its vibrant, dynamic character.
