Made with spontaneous fermentation in the bottle with the addition of its own must. Zenza is a vibrant rosé pét-nat with notes of wild berries, rose petals, and gentle spice, finishing dry and zesty. Unclarified, unfiltered, and unchemically treated. Alc. 12,5% Vol.
