Johannes Zillinger practices biodynamics on his farm not only as an agricultural practice but as a lifestyle. We can feel this commitment in his wines. The specialty of White Solera lies in the application of the solera system. Every year, since 2013, the tank with Riesling is replenished with a new vintage, thus becoming a blend of different years, which ultimately gives the wine additional complexity and consistency. Medium-bodied, with lively acids and hints of lime and jasmine.
