A drinkable and refreshing sparkling wine made with the ancestral method. The wine is bottled before the end of fermentation and ends under pressure in the bottle. Because of its freshness, it is also called "lemonade with bubbles". In addition to pronounced citrus notes, subtle muscat aromas can also be found. The beading is gentle and mild and is completely dry and without the addition of sulfites.
