Bar Caviste
Light orange golden yellow color. Aromatic and youthful, gourmand and elegant. Dried apricot, pine resin, orange blossom aromatics. Dry, medium-bodied with a pleasant tannic touch and pleasant refreshing acidity. Pair it with Indian, Moroccan, Thai and Indonesian cuisine, Korean and Japanese dishes, raw oyster, charcuterie, gnocchi, pasta... Grapes: 60% Chardonnay, 35% Sauvignon, 5% Muscat Alc. 13% Bottles produced: 3800 WInemaking: fermentation with native yeasts, maceration in open vats, no temperature control, ageing on lees in oak barrels for 18 months, unfiltered.
