We planted between 2013 and 2018 4 ha of new grape varieties such as Solaris, Sauvignac, Cabaret noir. We dispose of 3 locations in Otegem, Belgium. We produce 3 red wines, 1 white and 1 rosé. We never touch the soil, so only the natural organisms work to structure and nourish the soil, which is the basics of healthy vines. We never use any fungicides at all, nor do we use any natural infusions. Everything is regulated by the natural balance of pathogens and predators. We still use a small tractor that consumes less than 80 L of fuel for the whole season on 4 ha. We need this engine for the rolofaca and the planter. No other mechanical intervention is done. All the rest is done by hand. We don't cut the vines in summer, but weave the branches around the top wire, in order to become a harmonious ripening, as quality tannins are our trademark. We only harvest when the seeds can be mashed with joy. In the cellar, we work with HDPE vats. No wood to be seen in our premises.
