As a geologist, I’ve always listened to the land, now I bottle its voice. My small winery is built on a biodynamic approach, because it is the only way I want to work with nature: in rhythm, with respect and full of life. I grow Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Morillon on two strikingly different terroirs. On an ancient beach with soft, sandy soils and on volcanic hills, rich in dark basalt. Each one shaping the wines in its own quiet way. And if you ever visit the vineyard, I’ll gladly take you through the geological evolution of this terroir. Wine, to me, is more than taste. It’s time, soul and a deep connection to the ground beneath my feet. Never Not Sipping Terroir - it’s not just a saying, it’s the whole point!
