We combine 6 ha of winery, a farm, bakery, and Heurigen-Restaurant. We are certified organic and biodynamic.
In what we do we stick to the idea of “panta rhei” meaning everything is in perpetual change. We, as farmers, winemakers, and hosts are, so are our wines, our ideas, and our way of working.
We focus on using old techniques in winemaking and baking.
All wines are picked by hand, fermented by natural yeasts only, bottled without additives or filtration. In farming, we focus on regenerative agriculture and rebuilding hummus in our soil.
