He rented very old vineyards from his family winery, because he is convinced that old vines are more able to reflect the terroir.
During the vinification process he works a little different: some wines are with skin contact or partly skin contact, other wines are just directly pressed, because he wants to outline the special terroir from his vineyards in these wines.
All wines are “Bio-Wein aus Österreich” manual harvested, unfiltered, low dose of sulfur and from Demeter-certified vineyards.
