Perfect harmony between the sweet & acid! ...and the bubbles, -yum! 🍇: 60% Pinot Nero, 40% Durella. 🌳: 10-50 year old vines. ~1 hectar. 🌋: Volcanic soils. 🗺: Vicenza - Veneto. Alt: <100m. 🌦: Warm with significant rainfall. Harvest: September (manual) Process: Direct soft press without stems. Maceration: Pinot Bianco, 3 days. Fermentation: 8-10 months, Pinot Nero & Durella separated (Temp.Contr. <30C/85F) in steel. Frozen must from the same vintage added before bottling.
