Jan 2022Une excellente adresse où l’on trouve une cuisine inventive, succulente, adaptative et qui fait la part belle aux produits. Le chef manie les réductions et jus avec brio et sans trop en faire. Les carottes glacées sont parfaitement exécutées et l’ambiance est conviviale à souhait. Une très belle trouvaille.
