The Domaine des Ardaillons is located in Saint-Haon-le-Châtel, a medieval village in the heart of the Côte Roannaise, an altitude vineyard of the Loire Volcanique. The estate is a recent creation (2018) which now has 5 ha of vines. The vines are worked in Organic Agriculture with a global and sustainable ecological reasoning. The upkeep of the vines (prophylactic control), the climate and the nature of the soils make the Côte Roannaise a region where little treatment is done. Fermented extracts, decoctions and herbal teas are used. The tractor is used to work the soil if necessary. The harvest is manual.
