Principles of biodynamics, no sulfites added in 5 hectares of vineyards for "The three-legged goat" of the Belgian Wim, which produces this wine by assembling 75% of Tempranillo and the balance a Solera of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah. Ça sent la ferme et la terre. Il y bien 13/14 degrés la dedans. Robe violette sombre. Son odeur est incroyablement différente de son goût. Je ne savais pas à quoi m'attendre. Finalement en bouche, j'ai eu cassis et framboise avec une sorte d'épaisseur qui me semble toujours d'être du velour. Par ailleurs, c'est un belge établit dans le Languedoc qui réalise ce vin...
