I settled on 3 hectares of old vines in 2022 (black Carignan, black grenache, gray and white). In conversion before acquisition. No tillage, spontaneous grassing, clearing and pickaxe. Sulfur treatments and herbal teas. Manual harvest in boxes between friends. In the cellar, no starter, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no added sulphites except for one cuvée (1g/hl). No filtration or fining. No trading
